PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wire from protruding in the thickness direction of a mat sensor at a folding position in the mat sensor being foldable at a prescribed folding position.SOLUTION: A mat sensor 1 foldably includes a first plane 1a and a second plane 1b in which elements 2 for detecting a load are embedded therein, at a folding position. The elements 2 embedded in the first plane 1a and the elements 2 embedded in the second plane are connected with a wire 3, and a clearance 4 for releasing the wire in the horizontal direction is provided inside the folding position. Thereby, when the mat sensor 1 in the folded state is spread, the wire 3 at the folding position is stored in the clearance 4 and released in the horizontal direction, so as to prevent the wire 3 from projecting towards the thickness direction of the mat sensor 1, thus preventing swelling of the mat sensor 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】所定の折り曲げ位置で折り畳み可能なマットセンサーにおいて、折り曲げ位置でマットセンサーの厚み方向に配線が突出しないようにすることを目的とする。【解決手段】荷重を検出する素子2を埋め込んだ第一の平面1aおよび第二の平面1bを折り曲げ位置で折り畳み可能なマットセンサー1において、第一の平面1aに埋め込まれた素子2と第二の平面に埋め込まれた素子2とを配線3にて接続するとともに、折り曲げ位置の内部にその配線を水平方向に逃がす空隙4を設けるようにしている。これにより、折り畳まれた状態のマットセンサー1が広げられた場合に、折り曲げ位置にある配線3が空隙4に収容されて水平方向に逃げるため、配線3がマットセンサー1の厚み方向に突出することがなくなり、マットセンサー1が膨らむこともなくなる。【選択図】図2
