PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally administering agent easily swallowable, and capable of releasing a medicinal material at an objective site, especially in stomach.SOLUTION: This orally administering agent is characterized by having a medicine-containing layer containing the medicine, disintegration-controlling layers each installed at each of both sides of the medicine-containing layer, and gel-state layers containing an aqueous liquid and installed at the other side to medicine-containing layer of each of the disintegration controlling layers, and constituting the disintegration-controlling layer with a material containing stomach dissolvable material dissolving by a contact with stomach liquid. The content of the aqueous liquid in the gel-state layer is preferably 30 to 99.9 mass%.
