PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method with which it is possible to efficiently inspect in a short time, with high accuracy even for a minute salient, whether the shape of a salient corresponding to a face to be contacted that has various three-dimensional shapes is good or not and whether there is liquid leakage of pre-filled syringe.SOLUTION: While a salient 13 is brought into contact with a face 11 to be contacted, such as a body 16 to be contacted that consists of a transparent body, the salient is imaged from the body to be contacted while irradiating it with a light 22 from the same side, and a video is imaged in which light and shade based on a difference in the reflectivity of light between an area of the body to be contacted with which the salient is in contact and an area with which the salient is not in contact are reflected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】様々な立体形状を有する被接触面に対応した凸部の形状の良否や、あるいはプレフィルドシリンジの液漏れの有無等を、たとえ微細な凸部であっても高い精度でもって、しかも短時間で効率よく検査できる検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】透明体からなる被接触体等16の被接触面11に凸部13を接触させた状態で、当該凸部を、被接触体等の側から光22を照射しながら同じ側から撮像して、凸部が前記被接触面に接触している領域と接触していない領域との、光の反射率の差に基づく明暗が写し込まれた映像を撮像する。【選択図】図1
