The present invention relates to an electric bed capable of length control and angle control, comprising a fixed frame and a variable frame. The fixed frame includes guide rails on both sides. The variable frame is moved along an upper part of the fixed frame. The variable frame is composed of an upper body frame and a lower body frame. When a rotary rod, in a rotation driving unit which is connected to the lower body frame, and is moved along the guide rails, is connected to the upper body frame through a power delivering bar, the upper body frame is connected to the fixed frame through a link, and the variable frame moves around the link fixed in the fixed frame when the power delivering bar is rotated, such that the length of a bed is reduced.본 발명은 양측에 가이드레일을 갖는 고정프레임과 상기 고정프레임의 상부를 따라 이동토록 설치되는 가변프레임으로 이루어지고, 상기 가변프레임은 상반신프레임과 하반신프레임으로 이루어지고, 상기 하반신프레임과 연결되면서 가이드레일을 따라 이동토록 되는 회전구동유닛에 회전봉이 동력전달바를 통하여 상반신프레임에 연결될 때 상기 상반신프레임은 링크를 통하여 고정프레임에 연결되어 동력전달바의 회전시 고정프레임에 고정되는 링크를 중심으로 가변프레임이 이동되어 침대의 길이가 축소토록 설치되는 길이조절 및 각도조절이 가능한 전동침대에 관한 것이다.
