PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable body warmer adaptable to the environmental change of temperature and humidity, with little variation in dimensions and with excellent flexibility.SOLUTION: In the disposable body warmer, a bag formed by sealing a part of a composite sheet is filled with an exothermic composition which generates heat under the existence of oxygen. The surface of the bag is partly composed of the composite sheet, and the surface of the bag is partly air-permeable. The composite sheet is obtained by pasting a thermoplastic filament nonwoven fabric imparted with physical flexibility to a thermoplastic film with heat sealability after crimping the thermoplastic filament fiber at the crimping area rate of 3-30%. The bending resistance of the composite sheet is less than 120 mm, and the dimension change of the composite sheet is less than 10%.
