The ultrasound diagnostic apparatus management system may include a diagnosis unit including an acoustic module and a connecting unit of the diagnosis unit； a rearrangement unit including a connecting unit for rearrangement in which the connecting unit of the diagnosis unit is docked and a power supply unit for rearrangement； a detecting unit configured to measure a capacitance of the acoustic module； and a control unit configured to control such that the power supply unit for rearrangement applies a voltage for rearrangement to the acoustic module when the measured capacitance is a predetermined value or less.
