FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to cultivation of flower seedlings and plants in greenhouses, seedbeds and hothouses by irrigation with fog-forming plants. Device includes a place for arrangement of high-rise rack 1 in it, on which containers 5 with a substrate for planting of seedlings are placed. Detachable tight U-shaped cap 15 is installed above containers, made of strong and light-weight transparent plastic material. Cap is equipped with shell 17, which is connected by flexible links with polyspast system. When growing seedlings and plants in containers by means of polyspast system, it is lifted or lowered to stops 16 fixed on the generatrix of the rack with placed on it containers arranged in a row. Inside the cap there is a fog-forming plant with nozzles 16 and connected to the irrigation supply source. Containers 5 with seedlings during cultivation and irrigation are closed with hermetic U-shaped cap made of transparent plastic material. Additional two containers 6 are made in the form of moisture sensors and installed a little lower on the rack relative to containers 5 main ones, which are placed on the high-rise rack. Control containers 6 serve as a moisture sensor. Humidity sensor is made in form of multi-lever lever with containers installed on its arms with different weight of dry weight, also associated with fog irrigation with other containers on rack, and two pairs of closing contacts kinematically connected to long lever arm and electrically-operated switch of electrically controlled valve, and opening kinematically connected with short arm lever and electrically - with light indication of control unit. Implementation of the device will make it possible to grow sprouts and plants of various types year-round and to control conditions of their growth in a closed cap, which high-rise rack is placed inside a glassed greenhouse, due to creation of favourable conditions at any time of year.EFFECT: such impleme
