PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product having a contrast in temperature by a simple method.SOLUTION: A structure includes: a food material A to be preferably at low temperature, of which the surface is covered with a microwave blocking edible layer, which is further covered with a food material B to be preferably at high temperature. One or more selected from a gold foil and a silver foil are used as the microwave blocking edible layer. Heating is performed by microwave. A food product having the structure is heated by microwave, so that the food material B only can be efficiently heated.
