This invention provides a rice shelling and sorting machine, capable of utilizing a simple structure to separate and discharge the foreign objects mixed in the mixed rice without causing sorting loss of the mixed rice. The rice shelling and sorting machine of this invention is disposed with a rice shelling device (2) for performing rice shelling process to the rice, and a swing sorting plate (11) having a multilayered structure, wherein the swing sorting plate (11) is used for performing specific gravity sorting to the mixed rice of unhusked rice and brown rice after being performed with shelling process by the rice shelling device (2).
