The present invention relates to a functional milk which is produced from a dairy cow and can be recognized as a functional food having functions such as an antioxidative effect, an immunity enhancing effect, a body fat decreasing effect and a body protein maintenance effect, and a feed for producing the functional milk.The functional milk according to the present invention and the feed for producing the same are functional milk obtained from a cow fed with feed containing total mixed ratio (TMR), general compound feed and rye silage, The ratio of omega-3 is 2.8 to 3.4, and the content of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is 0.74% to 0.92% with respect to the whole milk content.본 발명은 젖소로부터 생산되어 항산화 효과, 면역력 증강효과, 체지방 감소효과, 체단백 유지효과 등의 기능을 갖춘 기능성 식품으로 인정받을 수 있는 기능성 우유 및 이를 생산하기 위한 사료에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 기능성 우유 및 이를 생산하기 위한 사료는 완전배합사료(Total Mixed Ration, TMR), 일반 배합사료 및 호밀사일리지를 포함하는 사료를 급이한 젖소로부터 수득되는 기능성 우유로써, 오메가 6에 대한 오메가 3의 비율이 2.8 내지 3.4이고, 공액리놀레산(Conjugated Linolenic Acid: CLA) 함량이 우유 전체의 함량에 대하여 0.74% 내지 0.92%인 것을 특징으로 한다.
