PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapeutic apparatus capable of easily monitoring interference between driven parts such as a particle beam irradiating part and a therapeutic bed.SOLUTION: A particle beam therapeutic apparatus includes: a particle beam irradiating part driven in rotation together with a rotary gantry to irradiate a particle beam to an affected part of a patient a therapeutic bed loaded with the patient and driven so that a nidus of the patient as an irradiation target of the particle beam matches the isocenter of the particle beam irradiated from the particle beam irradiating part image acquiring means for acquiring an image of the nidus first sphere model generating means for generating a first sphere model covering all or a part of the particle beam irradiating part by a single or a plurality of spheres second sphere model generating means for generating a second sphere model covering all or a part of the therapeutic bed by a single or a plurality of spheres and sphere model interference monitoring means for monitoring interference between the first sphere model and the second sphere model.
