The present invention relates to a lead line structure of an implant-type medical device. In the lead line structure according to the present invention, a leading wire is formed at a particular length in the center, and an insulator is formed to surround the outer circumferential surface of the leading line while a part of the leading line is exposed. A plurality of nails is mounted along one or more length directions and width directions of the insulator. A solenoid is installed, which is an RF excitation source formed to surround a part of the insulator in which nails are installed. The nails are coupled with a first member material and a second member material which are metal materials in order to be formed in the shape of a &Prime；T.&Prime； Herein, the first member material is a portion arranged in the length direction of the lead line on the outer circumferential surface of the insulator when the nails are mounted on the lead line, and the second member material is a portion of which a part is inserted in the insulator. According to the present invention, a scattering electric field generated around the lead line by the RF signal of an MRI device can be reduced so that a body organ contacting the lead line can be prevented from being damaged.본 발명은 이식용 의료기기의 리드 선 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 리드 선 구조는, 중앙에 일정 길이로 도선이 형성되고, 상기 도선 일부가 노출된 상태로 그 도선의 외주면을 감싸도록 절연체가 형성된다. 그리고 상기 절연체의 적어도 하나의 길이 방향 및 둘레 방향을 따라서는 복수 개의 네일이 장착된다. 또한 네일이 설치된 상기 절연체의 일부를 감싸도록 형성되는 RF 여기 소스(excitation source)인 솔레노이드가 설치된다. 아울러 상기 네일은 금속 재질인 제 1 부재와 제 2 부재가 결합하여 'T'자 형상으로 형성되고 있다. 이때 제 1 부재는 상기 네일이 리드 선에 장착되었을 때 상기 절연체의 외주면에서 리드 선의 길이 방향으로 배열되는 부분이고, 제 2 부재는 상기 절연체에 일부가 끼워지는 부분이다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, MRI 장치의 RF 신호에 따라 리드 선의 주위에서 발생하는 산란 전계를 감소시킬 수 있어, 리드 선과 접촉하는 신체 조직의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
