The invention relates to biotechnology. A protein-polypeptide having antihypoxic and tissue-specific reparative activity on the nervous system is prepared from nerve tissue of the embryos of ungulate livestock during gestation from the middle of the first trimester to the middle of the last trimester of pregnancy by homogenization in a buffer solution with simultaneous extraction in the presence of reversible proteolysis inhibitors and non-ionic detergents at a pH of 5.2-8.5. The resultant homogenate is centrifuged and filtered. The proteins and peptides are isolated on a chromatography column with an anion exchange medium. The resultant fractions are combined and subjected to sterilizing filtration. The complex comprises negatively charged, weakly acidic, neutral proteins and polypeptides with molecular masses of from 0.5 to 200 kDa. The pharmaceutical composition comprises, as active ingredient, a complex with a concentration of 0.05-2.0 mg/ml and a polynucleotide fraction in the form of a sodium salt of deoxyribonucleic acid, as well as a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent.L'invention se rapporte au domaine des biotechnologies et concerne un complexe de protéine-polypeptide ayant une action anti-hypoxique, trans-spécifique et réparatrice sur le système nerveux, lequel est obtenu à partir de tissus nerveux d'embryons de gibier c-x dont la période de gestation va du milieu du premier tiers au milieu du dernier tiers de la grossesse, ceci par homogénéisation dans une solution tampon et par extraction simultanée en présence d'inhibiteurs réversibles de protéolyse et de détergents non ioniques à un pH de 5,2-8,5. L'homogénat obtenu est soumis à centrifugation et est filtré. Les protéines et les peptides sont séparés dans une colonne chromatographique comprenant un support d'échange d'anions.
