The present invention relates to an incubator-type water culture system using fish. The incubator-type water culture system includes: a water tank which has one side connected to the other side by a circulation pipe, is formed in the shape of a half cylinder, and is filled with water； an aerobic microorganism insertion unit which is formed on one side of the water tank, receives aerobic microorganisms, and includes a first blocking film formed therein； a plant growth unit which is formed on the other side of the water tank, includes at least one floating member inserted therein, and also includes a second blocking film formed therein； and a fish growth unit which is formed between the first blocking film and the second blocking film, and includes at least one body of fish inserted therein. The circulation pipe additionally includes a circulation pump for circulating water.
