PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet which copes effectively with symptoms such as hay fever and allergic rhinitis and is suited for alleviation of the symptoms.SOLUTION: The sheet for cooling a nose includes a base material such as nonwoven fabric, a gel-like cold keeping material provided on one end side of the base material, and a cover sheet covering the cold keeping material.
