The tablet type sweetener composition additionally contains 8-80 parts of saccharide disintegrating agent by weight selected from microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, crospovidone, gelatin, starch, carbomer, carboxymethyl cellulose, copovidon, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyethylene oxide, povidone, calcium arginate, crosscarmellose, sodium stearyl fumarate, and their mixture.본 발명은 설탕을 대체하는 기능성 감미료를 포함하는 정제형 감미료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 설탕과 유사한 당도 및 우수한 감미질을 나타내며 붕해속도가 빠르고 안정한 저칼로리 정제형 감미료 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
