PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic apparatus capable of constantly monitoring temperature information on an X-ray apparatus by a detection component attached to one place and providing a user with the updated processible amount, and also to provide the X-ray apparatus.SOLUTION: Electrical insulation oil 47 is tightly sealed in the inside of a housing 41 in which bellows (elastic member) 46 is provided. A bellows cover 49 is attached to the housing 41 so as to cover the bellows 46. As a component for detecting the deformed volume of the bellows 46, for example, a distance sensor 50 is mounted on the inner wall of the bellows cover 49. Data showing a relation between a temperature and a distance between bellows sensors is pre-measured and stored in a storage part 25. Based on the distance between the bellows sensors measured by this data and the distance sensor 50, the temperature of the housing 41 of an X-ray apparatus 102 is monitored.
