PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for stabilizing a thiamine compound, to provide a thiamine compound-stabilizing agent, to provide a thiamine compound-containing pharmaceutical preparation stable over a long period, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The present invention is based on a fact that it has been found that the stability of a thiamine compound is improved, when the thiamine compound is combined with trehalose. Namely, the present invention relates to 1. a method for stabilizing a thiamine compound, characterized by compounding trehalose 2. a thiamine compound-stabilizing agent, characterized by containing trehalose 3. a thiamine compound-containing pharmaceutical preparation, characterized by comprising a thiamine compound, ibuprofen and trehalose and 4. a method for producing a thiamine compound-containing pharmaceutical preparation comprising a thiamine compound, ibuprofen and trehalose, characterized by separately granulating (A) a mixture comprising the thiamine compound and the trehalose and (B) a mixture comprising the ibuprofen, respectively.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、新しいチアミン類の安定化方法、チアミン類安定化剤、さらに長期にわたり安定なチアミン類含有製剤およびその製造方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】本発明は、チアミン類にトレハロースを組み合わせることにより、チアミン類の安定性が向上することを見出したものである。すなわち、本発明は、1.トレハロースを配合することを特徴とするチアミン類の安定化方法、2.トレハロースを含有することを特徴とするチアミン類安定化剤、3.チアミン類、イブプロフェンおよびトレハロースを含有することを特徴とするチアミン類含有製剤、4.チアミン類、イブプロフェン、およびトレハロースを含有するチアミン類含有製剤において、(A)チアミン類およびトレハロースを含有する混合物、(B)イブプロフェンを含有する混合物を、各々別に造粒することを特徴とするチアミン類含有製剤の製造方法、である。
