PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device having the function of easily inputting a reading report.SOLUTION: A display unit 6 displays a medical image. A mouse 8 or a keyboard 9 is used to input at least one area of interest in the medical image displayed, whether there is any abnormal finding about the area of interest, and an abnormal condition. A CPU 2 generates diagnostic report information about whether there is any abnormal finding and the abnormal condition input, and causes the display unit 6 to display the diagnostic report information semi-transparently on the area of interest and in a superimposed manner with the medical image.
