PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondirectional spherical excitation fixing device that is changed by electric power for excitation and the type of an exciting steel material and that nondirectionally switches a jig angle by determining an attraction force by the mass of a magnetic field volume.SOLUTION: A conical space is formed in a central part of a sphere center top surface of a spherical electromagnetic excitation part. A through shaft can be freely moved through the space, and arbitrary positioning of a jig angle can be set.
