This invention provides a nozzle gun having an excellent convenience in operation of the locking and unlocking. The nozzle gun has a nozzle body 6 and an operating member 7 which is assembled to the nozzle body 6 such that the operating member 7 is able to move close to or apart from the nozzle body 6, a stopper 9 mounted onto the nozzle body 6 and capable of pivoting between a locking state and an unlocking state, the stopper 9 having a locking portion 11. When the operating member 7 moves close to the nozzle body 6 to cause the stopper 9 to be in a locking state, the locking portion 11 is caused to engage the operating member 7 and the operating member7 is prevented from departing from the nozzle body 6. When the stopper 9 is caused to be in the unlocking state the locking portion 11 will not engage the operating member 7, and furthermore, the stopper 9 has an abutting portion 10 disposed on a moving track of the operating member 7, when the operating member 7 is moved to approach the nozzle body 6 while the stopper 9 is in the unlocking state, the abutting portion 10 is pressed by the operating member 7 and the stopper 9 is caused to pivot to the locking state.
