PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fishing bank suitable for achieving not only cultivation fisheries but also aquaculture for ecesic aquatic animals such as abalones, top shells, sea urchins or sea cucumbers.
SOLUTION: The fishing bank for cultivation aquaculture is obtained as follows. A releasing bank 2 freely detachably installing releasing units 25 enclosing seeds and seedlings of the ecesic aquatic animals, rearing banks 3 forming living water areas rearing the released seeds and seedlings and capturing banks 4 for admitting the ecesic aquatic animals growing to such a degree as to be capturable and recovering the grown ecesic aquatic animals together with the ecesic aquatic animals are housed in a semi-closed water area 13 of an annular base opened only to the upper side and forming the semi-closed water area 13 divided from the surroundings in the nearly horizontal direction.
