PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and manage an accurate exposure dose during radiography to a patient.SOLUTION: When the radiography is performed by a radiographic apparatus 10, the exposure dose is measured on the basis of the pixel value of a radiation image. Then, the detected exposure dose is managed by discriminating imaging by an imaging condition for which prescribed correction is performed and imaging by the other imaging conditions. An alarm output means for outputting an alarm when it is determined that the number of times of imaging by the imaging condition other than the imaging condition for which the correction is performed is equal to or more than the stipulated number of times, or the total exposure dose is equal to or more than a set threshold, is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者に対する放射線撮影時の正確な曝射量を計測し管理する。【解決手段】放射線撮影装置10により放射線撮影が行われた際、放射線画像の画素値に基づいて曝射量が計測される。そして、検出した曝射量を所定の校正が行われている撮影条件による撮影とそれ以外の撮影条件による撮影を区別して管理する。校正が行われている撮影条件以外の撮影条件による撮影回数が規定回数以上である、あるいは総曝射量が設定しきい値以上であると判定された場合、警告を出力する警告出力手段を備える。【選択図】図1
