This invention provides a portable one-piece type heating and low-frequency dual-function therapy device, comprising a main body device being formed as one piece and including a receiving space and patch parts extended from two sides of the receiving space outwardly a control device disposed in the receiving space and comprising a control host disposed with low frequency pulse and heating operation control and operation elements and an electrical connector disposed at the front end thereof for providing charging and transmission of data outputting and writing at least a heating device disposed to the main body device and electrically connected to the control host for generating heating function at least a low frequency electrode layer disposed under the patch parts and electrically connected to the control host for transmitting low frequency pulse and a battery disposed in the receiving space and directly electrically connected to the control host for providing power source of the patch therapy device, which can be charged through the electrical connector or using electromagnetic non-contact manner.
