PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fixture for an implant and the fixture for an implant are provided to allow easy masking by forming a coating layer for masking on a non-etching portion and to facilitate the manufacture of the fixture for an implant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fixture (100) for an implant comprises the following steps. A fixture for an implant is manufactured through machining processing to form an artificial tooth root on the alveolar bone combined with natural teeth. A screw part and a gingival contact part (120) are dipped in an etchant to erode the surface of the screw part and to promote the synostosis between the screw part and peripheral bone tissues by increasing the surface roughness of the screw part (110) in which a coating layer for masking is not formed to prevent the surface from being eroded by an etching solution when the screw part is implanted in the alveolar bone.본 발명은 임플란트용 픽스쳐의 제조방법으로서, 외주면에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 원통형상의 나사부와, 상기 나사부의 상측에 배치되며 나사산이 형성되어 있지 않으며 치은이 접촉될 수 있는 치은접촉부와, 상기 치은접촉부의 상측에 배치되며 인공치아인 크라운이 마련될 수 있는 상측부를 포함하여 이루어지되, 자연치아가 결합된 치조골에 식립되어 인공치근을 형성하도록 구성되는 임플란트용 픽스쳐를 머시닝 가공에 의하여 제작하는 머시닝 단계； 상기 치은 접촉부 중 적어도 일부에는 에칭액에 의하여 표면이 부식되지 않도록 하기 위하여 마스킹용 코팅층을 형성시키는 마스킹용 코팅단계； 및 마스킹용 코팅층이 형성되지 않은 나사부의 표면거칠기를 증가시켜 나사부가 치조골 내에 식립되는 경우 상기 나사부와 주변 골조직 간의 골융합을 증진시키기 위하여, 상기 나사부와 상기 치은접촉부를 에칭액 속에 담가서 적어도 상기 나사부의 표면이 부식되도록 하는 에칭단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트용 픽스쳐의 제조방법 및 임플란트용 픽스쳐에 대한 것이다.
