PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium phosphate dissolution inhibitor stabilizing sotolone, a component added to and used in a food, a mouth wash and a tooth paste, preventing the degeneration of taste of the food containing sotolone, and effectively inhibits the dissolution of calcium phosphate, and provide foods containing calcium phosphate dissolution inhibitor containing it.

SOLUTION: The inhibitor contains 70-99 wt.% of catechins, 0-3 wt.% of gallic acid and 0-2 wt.% of methyltheobromine.
