The present invention relates to a perturabation device of a thawing apparatus. More specifically, the perturabation device uses microwaves with low frequencies in comparison with frequencies used in a common microwave oven, most uniformly distributes microwaves into an inner space of the thawing apparatus, and thus uniformly thaws frozen food in an almost natural state within a short period of time so that the frozen food can be instantly cooked. According to the present invention, the thawing apparatus comprises: a frame (10) whose outer part is surround by covers (11), and which forms a frame body a casing-shaped thawing room (20) whose inlet is sealed by a door (1) on the inside of the frame (10), and which has a microwave inflow passage (21) formed on one side of the thawing room (20) a waveguide (30) which is fixed so that the microwave inflow passage (21) of the thawing room (20) corresponds to an outlet (31), and which is equipped with a microwave generator (35) for generating microwaves and applying the same to the inner part of the thawing room (20) by a control circuit and a perturabation device (40) which is mounted onto the inner side of the thawing room (20) in order to scatter the microwaves over an area to receive the microwaves, and which is rotated by the actuation of a motor (44).
