PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watched person video transfer device for enabling a person in charge of watching to display and confirm a video of a person to be watched by a video display terminal at a movement destination by reading an ID of a radio tag attached to an identification card or the like to determine the movement destination of the person in charge of watching by adding an inexpensive radio tag reader.SOLUTION: When a radio tag reader 7 detects a radio tag for identifying a person in charge of watching, video data of a plurality of video cameras 2 installed in an area where a person to be watched takes actions are transmitted to a transfer destination monitor 6 corresponding to ID data read by the radio tag reader 7.
