The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing scorched rice. The invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing scorched rice, through which scorched rice is continuously manufactured by a conveyor moving in an endless track motion, and an ease of washing, drying and packaging can be achieved at the same time. According to the present invention, provided is the apparatus for manufacturing scorched rice, the apparatus comprising: a moving apparatus comprising a pair of wheels disposed at regular intervals, a conveyor wound on the wheels and moving in an endless motion, and a plurality of bowls disposed on the conveyor at regular intervals； a heating apparatus including a stand disposed between the two wheels and inside the conveyor and a plurality of burners disposed at regular intervals on an upper part of the stand； a feeding apparatus comprising a water tank which has a valve for feeding a predetermined amount of water to the bowls disposed in an upper part of the conveyor and transferred, and a rice tank which is disposed adjacent to the water tank and which has a valve for feeding a predetermined amount of rice； a stirring apparatus disposed on a rear side of the feeding apparatus and having a stirring blade which rotates by a motor capable of being lifted by a lift cylinder operating up and down and which is inserted into the bowl to stir while evenly spreading rice and water； a pressure apparatus disposed on a rear of the stirring apparatus and having a pressure plate which is inserted inside the bowl by way of a pressure cylinder operating up and down and which presses the cooked rice； and a cut apparatus disposed on a rear of the pressure apparatus and having a cutter which is inserted inside the bowl by the lift cylinder operating up and down and which presses scorched rice and having a cutting cylinder which enables the cutter to cut scorched rice by moving the lift cylinder.본 발명은 누룽지 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 무한궤도 운동하는 컨베이어에 의해 누룽지가 연속 제조됨은 물론
