PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of frozen cooked rice with a good texture, which is easily loosened and hardly causes moisture loss during heating for thawing.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of frozen cooked rice includes: adding an emulsified oil composition with a high-oil content including an emulsifier, a polyalcohol, and water emulsified with a specific ratio, in an amount of 0.1 mass% or more and 5 mass% or less relative to the whole material before cooking and then cooking the rice.
