The present invention relates to a new method of sampling seed tissue of determined size, in particular maize and sunflower, with or without conservation of the germinability of the seeds. The invention more particularly relates to a method of sampling seed tissue when the amount of the tissue sample is to be controlled, for example in the context of genotyping or any method of analyzing a constituent of the seed. La présente invention est relative à un nouveau procédé d'échantillonnage de tissu de graines de taille déterminée, en particulier de maïs et tournesol, avec conservation ou non du caractère germinatif des graines. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une méthode d'échantillonnage de tissu de graine lorsque la quantité du prélèvement de tissu doit être contrôlée, par exemple dans le cadre d'un génotypage ou de toute méthode d'analyse d'un constituant de la graine.
