PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain drying method and a grain dryer capable of drying husked rice of about one thousand kilograms at once without requiring manual arrangement work of net bags or manual filling work.SOLUTION: A self-supporting shape flexible container includes a body part comprising a cylindrical body, an input opening connectively provided on a body part upper rim, a bottom part comprising an air permeable net connectively provided on a body part lower rim, and a cylindrical discharge opening part opened in a bottom part center and connected to an opening. Unhusked rice is housed in the flexible container, the flexible container is mounted in a drying body comprising a cylindrical body, the input opening of the flexible container is opened, a sidewall of the drying body between the flexible container and the drying body is covered by a skirt part connectively provided to a joint portion vicinity of the body part and the bottom part, and after carrying out tying with a rubber band or the like to prevent leaking of hot air blown up from the drying body, ventilation drying by hot air having passed through the air permeable net is carried out.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】人手による網袋の整列作業や、人手による目止め作業が不要であって、1,000kg程度の生籾を一度に乾燥することが可能な穀類乾燥方法及び穀類乾燥機を提供する。【解決手段】筒状体からなる胴体部と、該胴体部上縁に連設された投入口部と、前記胴体部下縁に連設された通気性網からなる底部と、該底部中央が開口され、該開口に連設した筒状の排出口部とを備えた自立型形状のフレキシブルコンテナに生籾を収容し、筒状体からなる乾燥胴に前記フレキシブルコンテナを載置し、フレキシブルコンテナの投入口部を開放状態とし、前記フレキシブルコンテナと前記乾燥胴との間は、前記胴体部と底部との継ぎ目部分近傍に連設されたスカート部によって前記乾燥胴の側壁を覆い、かつ、ゴムバンド等で縛って前記乾燥胴から吹き上がる熱風の風抜けを防止した後、前記通気性網を通過した熱風により通風乾燥を行う。【選択図】図1
