1. A catheter assembly comprising: a catheter having a leading end and a trailing end and comprising a main lumen extending between a leading end and a trailing end； an expandable device located at a leading end of a catheter having a proximal end and a distal end, a compressed configuration for endoluminal delivery of an expandable devices at the treatment site, and an expanded configuration having a diameter that is larger than the diameter of the compressed configuration； a control line passing through the main lumen of the catheter and located within at least a portion of the expandable device to enable selective bending of the expandable device. 2. The catheter assembly of claim 1, further comprising a primary sleeve wrapped in a circle around an expandable device, wherein the primary sleeve comprises a sheet of material having a first main surface and a second main surface and a plurality of holes extending from the first main surface to the second main surface； an initial connection member cooperating with a plurality of connection holes to release the connecting portions of the sheet to each other to limit the expandable device in a compressed configuration. 3. The catheter assembly of claim 2, further comprising a secondary sleeve and a secondary connector, wherein the secondary sleeve limits the expansion of the expandable device to an intermediate configuration having a larger diameter than the diameter in the compressed configuration and smaller diameter than the diameter in the expanded configuration.
