PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for body surface excellent in adhesion and followingness to the skin, manifesting an appropriate stickiness in application and free from skin stimulation, troubles of odor, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the patch for body surface comprising a base and an adhesive layer formed on at least one face of the base and composed of a silicone based polymer and an emulsion polymerized acrylic polymer. Preferably, the adhesive layer contains the silicone based polymer and the emulsion polymerized acrylic polymer in a weight ratio of the silicone based polymer/the emulsion polymerized acrylic polymer=99/1 to 67/33. The emulsion-polymerized acrylic polymer preferably comprises at least one polymer of (meth)acrylates having a 4-12C alkyl group.
