Celsius for 2.3-3.3 hours and mixing the black garlic with mug wort at a weight ratio of 93:7.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Immersing in 1% salt water for 30-40 minutes (BB) Washing lightly in a flowing water (CC) Drying naturally in a shade area to dehydrate (DD) Cut to the size of 5-6 cm (EE) Roasting with dry heat in container heated over 85°C for 5 minutes (FF) Naturally drying for more than 30 minutes (GG) Repeating 2 or 3 times (HH) Repeating 3 or 4 times (S10) Immersing process (S20) Washing process (S30) First drying process (S40) Cutting process (S50) Roasting process (S60) Second drying process본 발명은 항산화 효능을 가진 흑마늘과 쑥 혼합음료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히는 관능적 특성 및 생체 내 항산화 효능이 최대화 되는 비율을 제공함과 더불어 쑥의 쓴맛을 제거할 수 있도록 전처리 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 항산화 효능을 가진 흑마늘과 쑥 혼합음료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 흑마늘 1 kg에 대하여 물 10 L를 가하여 온도 140~180℃의 범위에서 3.2~8 시간동안 열수추출하고, 쑥 0.5 kg에 대하여 물 15 L를 가하여 115~125℃에서 2.3~3.3 시간의 범위에서 열수추출한 후, 각각의 잔사를 압착하여 추출물을 모아서 80~100℃에서 3~8 시간 농축하는 공정 상기 흑마늘 추출물과 쑥 추출물을 93 : 7의 중량비로 혼합하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화 효능을 가진 흑마늘과 쑥 혼합음료의 제조방법을 제공한다.
