In the present invention, applied is a sub cover which is capable of preventing a puff from being excessively impregnated with cosmetics (hereinafter, referred to as cosmetic liquid) in a liquid phase (having various viscosities) which are recently drawing attention compared to conventional solid cosmetics applied to the skin by using a puff such as foundations and sun blocks. A closed member, which allows the cosmetic liquid to pass through a discharge portion at the center, formed by fine discharge holes gathered together and blocks an edge other than the discharge portion, is applied to prevent the cosmetic liquid from contaminating unnecessary portions such as a storage barrel or a main cover, and to allow the cosmetic liquid to be concentrated and immersed into a necessary portion of the puff, thereby preventing waste of the cosmetic liquid and allowing the cosmetic liquid to be precisely applied to a desired specific portion such as a concave portion or a protruding portion of the skin.
