The present invention relates to a belt for maintaining a good posture. A central connecting unit (4) disposed on a lumbar part when worn on the human body, and left and right pressure belt units (6) (8) are independently connected about the central connecting unit (4). Each of the pressure belt units (6) (8) passes a long hole (4a) of the central connecting unit (4) and is formed to connect both ends of a tension belt (10) extended towards the knees and both ends of an elastic band (12) hung on the knees. A tension adjusting unit (14) is coupled with one side of the tension belt (10) in order to adjust the length of the tension belt, so that a little movement is elastically allowed in a normal range when being worn. Accordingly, even though the belt is worn for a long time, muscular strength for maintaining a posture can be used. Even when the length of the belt is adjusted to be fitted to the frame of a user, the elastic band can be easily disposed at a correct position on the knees, so that the knees can be more conveniently protected. Even when worn for a long time, the elastic band on the knees, which has a tensile force and an elasticity restoring force, delivers minimized inconvenience which is caused by pressure.
