PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably focus microscopes used in various types of medial examinations.SOLUTION: A focusing jig 1 is positioned such that a guide ball 9 of a positioning rod 3 of the focusing jig 1 is placed at a position of a subject 30 to be imaged so as to make the positioning rod 3 accord with the observing direction. From the extension line direction of the positioning rod 3 of the positioned focusing jig 1, the external surface of an objective lens 21 of a microscope 20 is fitted in a guide surface 6 provided in the inner surface of a scope position regulating part 2 of the focusing jig 1 to position and fix the microscope 20, and then the focusing jig 1 is removed from the microscope 20.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】各種診療に使用するマイクロスコープのピント合わせを容易に、かつ安定して行う。【解決手段】ピント合わせ治具1の位置決め棒3のガイド球9を撮像する被写体30の位置に配置して位置決め棒3が観察方向と一致するようにピント合わせ治具1を位置決めし、位置決めしたピント合わせ治具1の位置決め棒3の延長線方向からマイクロスコープ20の対物レンズ21の外面をピント合わせ治具1のスコープ位置規制部2内面に設けた案内面6に嵌め込んでマイクロスコープ20を位置決めして固定した後、ピント合わせ治具1をマイクロスコープ20から取り外す。【選択図】 図4
