The present invention relates to a method of preparing an injectable liquid composition for treating joints, and a method of treating joint diseases by using the same. The injectable liquid composition for treating joints according to the present invention comprises: a step of distilling a medicinal component including 6/212-18/212 parts by weight of Paeonia japonica (Makino) Miyabe, 5/212-15/212 parts by weight of Angelica gigas, 4/212-12/212 parts by weight of Achyranthes japonica, and 4/212-12/212 parts by weight of Atractylodes lancea； and a step of sterilizing the liquid composition obtained in the step of distillation. By injecting the liquid composition prepared above into a painful region using a syringe, pains of joint diseases such as degenerative arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis which is chronic arthritis, can be alleviated without surgeries by simply injecting medications and also by improving blood circulations, energy and blood flows can be improved and immunity can be enhanced.본 발명은 관절의 치료를 위한 주사용 액상 조성물의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 관절 질환의 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 관절 치료를 위한 주사용 액상 조성물은, 백작약(白芍藥) 6/212 내지 18/212 중량부, 당귀(當歸) 5/212 내지 15/212 중량부, 우슬(牛膝) 4/212 내지 12/212 중량부 및 창출(蒼朮) 4/212 내지 12/212 중량부를 포함하는 약재를 증류하는 단계； 및 상기 증류하는 단계에 의하여 얻어지는 액상 조성물에 대한 멸균을 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 제조된 액상 조성물을 주사기를 이용하여 통증 부위에 주입함으로써, 퇴행성 관절염 또는 만성 관절염인 류마티스 관절염 등 관절 질환의 통증을 수술 없이 간단한 약침투여를 통해서 경감시킬 수 있으며, 혈액 순환을 원활하게 하여 기와 혈을 보충해서 면역력을 증강시킬 수 있다.
