PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planter comprising a cultivation system suitable for being set on the rooftop or the wall of a building. SOLUTION: The cultivation system 10 includes: a bag 12 formed of a root-proof water-permeable sheet; at least one openable opening/closing part 16 for cultivation holes which is set on the top surface 22 of the bag 12 opposite to the ground plane; and a culture soil-charging opening/closing part 14 openable more widely than the opening/closing parts 16 for the cultivation holes.
