The invention relates to medical products coming into contact with the organism such as short term implants and long term implants coated with at least one layer containing an active substance dissolved or distributed in a molecularly dispersed manner in at least one carrier substance and optionally at least one auxiliary substance said at least one layer forming a non flowable solution. The invention also relates to a method for producing said coating from non flowable solutions and to the use of said medical products coated with a non flowable solution.
