PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower plug attached to a rear end part of a shaking out-type tubular body holding a small diameter pipe in a base pipe, comprising sufficient discharge function with a simple structure, and being easy to attach to the base pipe.SOLUTION: A lower plug 10 comprises: a beam receiving member 30 pressed into a base pipe and fixed, and receiving a rear end edge of a small diameter pipe and formed with an elastic deformation material； a bat cap main body 40 receiving the beam receiving member 30 inside, fixed it by adhesion and formed an external groove screw part screwing with a recessive screw part formed in the inside of the base pipe； and a rear end member 50 attached to the rear end of the bat cap main body 40, exposing outside and formed an opening 52 in the center. The beam receiving member 30 is formed an open hole 33 having same shaft with the opening 52 of the rear end member 50 in the center, and is formed an incline surface 34 guiding moisture by slanting from the inner surface side of the base pipe to the open hole to drop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】元管に小径管を収納する振出式の管状体の後端部に装着され、簡単な構造で十分な排出機能を備え、元管に対する設置が容易である下栓を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の下栓１０は、元管に圧入固定されるとともに、小径管の後端縁を受ける弾性変形可能な材料で形成された竿受け部材３０と、竿受け部材３０を内篏、接着固定し、元管の内面に形成された雌螺子部と螺合する雄螺子部が形成されたバットキャップ本体４０と、バットキャップ本体４０の後端に取り付けられ、外部に露出するとともに中央に開口５２が形成された後端部材５０とを備えている。竿受け部材３０は、その中央に後端部材５０の開口５２と同一軸状となる貫通孔３３が形成されるとともに、元管の内面側から貫通孔に向けて下降するように傾斜して水分を案内する傾斜面３４が形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図２
