PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable electrocardiographic signal generation apparatus having a high usability and capable of highly accurately measuring electrocardiogram, wearable electrocardiographic signal generation method, and program.SOLUTION: A wearable electrocardiographic signal generation apparatus 100 includes: a wearable member 110 that has a reference electrode 112 having a spectacle-type frame shape and provided on nose pads, and two measuring electrodes 111a and 111b provided on temple tips and a signal processing part 120 that acquires an electrocardiographic signal from an analog bioelectric signal consisting of potentials acquired from the reference electrode 112 and the two measuring electrodes 111a and 111b respectively.
