According to an embodiment of the present invention, a tomography apparatus comprises: a data acquisition unit which uses data acquired by tomography of a moving subject body to acquire a first image corresponding to a first time point and a second image corresponding to a second time point, uses the first image and the second image to measure a motion of the subject body between the first time point and the second time point to acquire first information indicating the measured motion, and determines motion reliability indicating a degree where the measured motion corresponds to a real motion of the subject body based on the first information and an image restoring unit to restore a target image indicating the subject body at a target time point based on the motion reliability.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단층 촬영 장치는 움직이는 대상체를 단층 촬영하여 획득된 데이터를 이용하여 제1 시점에 대응되는 제1 영상 및 제2 시점에 대응되는 제2 영상을 획득하고, 제1 영상 및 제2 영상을 이용하여 제1 시점 및 제2 시점 사이에서의 대상체의 움직임을 측정하여 측정된 움직임을 나타내는 제1 정보를 획득하며, 제1 정보에 근거하여 측정된 움직임이 대상체의 실제 움직임과 대응되는 정도를 나타내는 움직임 신뢰도(motion reliability)를 결정하는 데이터 획득부 및, 움직임 신뢰도에 근거하여 목표 시점에서의 대상체를 나타내는 목표 영상을 복원하는 영상 복원부를 포함할 수 있다.
