PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweetfish fishing tugboat for enabling a fisherman to accommodate sweetfish simply and reliably irrespective of the size of the sweetfish.SOLUTION: A sweetfish fishing tugboat 10 comprises: a towboat body 11 having a housing chamber 37 defined therein and an opening provided in an upper face so as to be communicated with the housing chamber an annular lid body 14 provided at the position of the opening and having a sweetfish insertion port formed so as to be communicated with the opening and the housing chamber and a door 16 having a first door member 41 and a second door member 42 provided in the lid body 14 and changing those postures in a double-swinging manner between an opening posture of opening the sweetfish insertion port and a closed posture of closing the sweetfish insertion port by bilateral symmetry rotation using the cross direction of the towboat body 11 as a reference.
