PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating instrument having a structure capable of more sufficiently pressing the skin of a living body such as a human body, with a projection.SOLUTION: A heating instrument is equipped with a sheet 10 having a projection 12 which is convex on one surface 10a side thereof, and a heat-generating material 30 positioned on the other surface 10b side of the sheet 10. The sheet 10 is configured so as to contain a nonwoven fabric sheet 15, which has at least two endothermic peaks associated with each of the phase transitions thereof.
