PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound covering material hard to cause the peeling or collapse of a hydrocolloid layer after adhered to the affected part and having the hydrocolloid layer arranged to the surface layer thereof.SOLUTION: The wound covering material 2 uses the hydrocolloid layer 6, which is lined with a film composed of a material based on resin selected from SEBS and maleic acid modified SEBS, as the surface layer. The material is composed of maleic acid modified SEBS compounded with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The compounding content of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to the maleic acid modified SEBS is &ge1 to below 50 wt.% and the compounding content of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to the maleic acid modified SEBS is &ge1 to &le15 wt.%. An emergency sticking plaster is constituted by laminating the wound covering material on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one side of a support.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】患部に貼付後ハイドロコロイド層の剥離や崩れが起こりにくい、ハイドロコロイド層を表層に配した創傷被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】SEBS、マレイン酸変性SEBSから選択された樹脂を主成分とする素材からなるフィルムで裏打ちされたハイドロコロイド層6を表層として用いた創傷被覆材2であり、前記素材が、アクリル系粘着剤が配合されたマレイン酸変性SEBSである創傷被覆材である。またマレイン酸変性SEBSに対するアクリル系粘着剤の配合比率が1重量%以上、50重量%未満である前記創傷被覆材であり、マレイン酸変性SEBSに対するアクリル系粘着剤の配合比率が1重量%以上、15重量%以下である前記創傷被覆材であり、片面に粘着層を有する支持体の、該粘着層がわに前記創傷被覆材が積層されてなる救急絆創膏である。【選択図】図1
