The invention relates to a sterilised composition comprising at least one hyaluronic acid or one of the biologically acceptable salts thereof, individually or in a mixture, and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate in a mass ratio of the content of hyaluronic acid or one of the salts thereof [HA] to the magnesium ascorbyl phosphate content [MAP], [HA]/[MAP], higher than or equal to 1, the magnesium ascorbyl phosphate content being between 0.001 and 1 wt. % in relation to the total weight of said composition wherein the elastic component G' is maintained or improved after sterilisation and is between 5 and 400 Pa. It also relates to a composition according to the invention, that further comprises sulfone dimethyl, to the methods for the production thereof and to the uses of same.
