The upper cover and a skirt of the bottom basin are tightly fitted and are fastened by using symmetrical fasteners (16) on two sides. The upper cover is divided into two parts, namely, a front moving cover (1) and a rear fixed cover (2). The front moving cover is movably connected to the rear fixed cover by using a hinge. The front moving cover is provided with an inverted L-shaped access port at the center. The access port is provided with a folding door formed by hinging an arc plate (11) to a door sheet (12). An upper panel of the rear fixed cover is provided with a U-shaped concave surface (4) and a rectangular concave surface (6), and a lifting handle (5) and a flap (7) having the same shapes with the concave surfaces are inlaid to the upper panel. A deodorant is placed in the flap. Multiple small holes (19) are formed in the bottom plate of the rectangular concave surface. A litter leakage box is inlaid in a front cavity of the bottom basin, and a grille net is inlaid in a rear cavity of the bottom basin. The litter leakage box is provided with a handle (15) inlaid in a notch of the bottom basin, and a turnable screen cover (22) is disposed at the opening of the litter leakage box.
