PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to synchronize timings in the case of transmitting plural different pieces of information.SOLUTION: An input part 30 receives detected information acquired by a sensor. A multiplexing part 32 inserts time information to the received detected information to generate an information sequence in which the detected information and the time information are time-division multiplexed. A transmission part 38 transmits the information sequence.
